All in all the CD has a lot of information, pretty decent. I use it for the memory table and the open ended questions.The DVD Includes: Subnetting Videos - 8 videos. All of them, are around 5 min. with the longest at 10 min. The only difference between the two book's DVDs are "Lab 3 - Switch Basics: Learning, Forwarding/Filtering, and Interface settings" and "Lab 10 - NAT Overload (PAT)" for CCNAD1 and CCNAD2 respectively. The videos are very good quality and use router commands as well. This isn't something you'd watch with your family, but it works as a supplement to understand what happens, how it happens. I feel the book is still a better source of information.
